Telugu language Day is observed on 29 August each year in the state of Andhra Pradesh of the Republic of India. This date was chosen to coincide with the birthday of the Telugu poet Gidugu Venkata Ramamurthy. The Government of Andhra Pradesh provides funds and presents awards with the objective of the betterment of the Telugu Language. The Department of culture is responsible for organizing the day on behalf of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
On the occasion of Gidugu Ramamurthy, 156th Birth Anniversary Aditya school of Management Studies has conducted competitions like Traditional Singing and Dancing. The celebrations are well organized by the organizers from 02:30 pm to 04:15 pm on 29-08-2019. Chief Guest VADREVU VEERA LAKSHMI DEVI graced us with her presence. Prizes for the competition winners were distributed by HOD Sunkara Suma (Ph.D.), Telugu HOD Tejeswara Rao, and Telugu faculty Venkateswarulu. On this auspicious day, Aditya school of management studies faculty Honored Chief Guest Vadrevu Veera Lakshmi Devi. Our beloved chairman Dr. N Sesha Reddy and Academic Director Dr. B.E.V.L.Naidu hailed the organizers. This event was successfully conducted by our Librarian Smt. Manjula Rani.
